I will never submit to a label, buy into a fad, admit I'm unable to
Form my beliefs independent of dogma
I will trust my-self this time

I choose to drink and smoke, I choose to fucking choke
Before I form my ideology after an inside joke
It's all the same to me - uniconformity
Whether it be pop-culture, the straight-edge scene, or anarchy

It just seems fucking stupid to swallow
the hollow ideals, the words that you follow like
A fundamentalist, strung out on sufferance
I will trust myself this time
